These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on www.hookdofficial.com, operated by HOOKD.

2. Scope
2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of goods made via our webshop.
2.2. Deviations from these terms are only valid if confirmed in writing by HOOKD.
2.3. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Offers & Product Information
3.1. All offers on our website are non-binding and subject to availability.
3.2. We aim to describe and display our products, including HOOKD Premium Grip Aid, as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in packaging or presentation may occur.
4. Prices & Payment
4.1. All prices are in euros (€), including VAT where applicable.
4.2. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
4.3. Payments must be made using the payment methods available on our webshop. Orders will only be shipped after full payment is received.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1. We deliver to the countries listed at checkout.
5.2. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on location.
5.3. If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, any reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
6.1. In accordance with European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
6.2. To exercise this right, you must notify us by email within 14 days. You then have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
6.3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or damaged.
Exception for Sealed Grip Aid Products
6.4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been broken (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e)).
This means HOOKD Premium Grip Aid can only be returned if the quality seal is intact and the product has not been opened or used.
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1. To return a product, please contact us at hello@hookdofficial.com for instructions.
7.2. Returned HOOKD Premium Grip Aid must be in its original condition, unused, and with the seal unbroken.
7.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
8. Defects & Complaints
8.1. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
8.2. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide either a replacement or a refund.
8.3. Please inspect your HOOKD Premium Grip Aid promptly upon receipt.
9. Liability
9.1. HOOKD is only liable for damage resulting from intent, gross negligence, or violation of essential contractual obligations.
9.2. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law.
10. Personal Data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
